Kevin was always very quick to respond and find any answers to the questions we asked, and worked hard to help us find what we were looking for- which was not exactly easy in today's market, being a young family. During the showing and negotiations process, I felt as though our best interests were protected with Gregory Group navigating so much of the business and paper-work side of things. If there were questions he didn't have an answer to in the moment, he took the time to find them and relay them back to us. He didn't just help us find a house, he helped us find a home for our young family. If you want an agent who has your best interest in mind, Kevin is a great person to have on your side. I wasn't looking for a cabin but the price seemed too good to be true, so I had to see what was wrong with this place. 2 days later, I put in an offer while camping with spotty service, he tells me I think you can get it for a "better price" which I was surprised at his honesty because previous realtors I've dealt with, wouldn't have done that. 3 days later, I had an over seas trip planned so the clock was ticking. Josh says enjoy your trip, I'll sort out the inspector, lawyers, recommended insurance agents etc. Call me once you're back. I come back and he basically did everything for me. I even asked to push the move in date a week earlier and he made that happen. The entire experience was effortless, he went above and beyond with zero pushiness and absolute honesty. I knew years before that I was going to hire them. Before my dad passed away this spring, I had a very good consultation meeting with Jenn to understand what typical timelines happen after the owner’s passing. We kept in very good communications in the following months. Once my sister and I were issued probate to manage my dad’s estate, we were in touch again.
