COVID-19: How We Will Safely Serve You
A message to our clients and community,
This is a stressful time for all of us, as together we are facing an unprecedented global crisis. COVID-19 has forced us to adapt to an ever-changing reality as we fight to contain the virus.
First and foremost, we want you to know that we have and will continue to take action to protect you, our clients. The safety measures we are taking are being guided by public health authorities and the government, and often go well beyond.
The real estate industry has been declared an essential service in many provinces, but it is not business as usual. This was done primarily to ensure homeowners with pending closings, i.e. those who have already bought and need to sell, or those who have sold and have to buy, etc. are able to transact. Accordingly, we are doing business differently.
During the crisis, as much of the process as possible will be conducted virtually. Only in select cases, controlled access to properties to facilitate the sale or purchase of a property will be allowed, using best-practice disinfection, cleanliness and above all else, strictly limited person-to-person exposure using social distancing protocols.
How you will communicate and conduct business with us has changed. We have access to the industry’s leading operating platform, technology that allows us to keep in touch with you, share property details, complete real estate valuations and conduct transactions electronically.
We will continue to be here to discuss your situation and plan next steps, be it through phone, video, email, text or social media channels.

I had never met Josh but wanted to go check out a cabin and he was a friend of a friend. I wasn't looking for a cabin but the price seemed too good to be true, so I had to see what was wrong with this place.
2 days later, I put in an offer while camping with spotty service, he tells me I think you can get it for a "better price" which I was surprised at his honesty because previous realtors I've dealt with, wouldn't have done that.
3 days later, I had an over seas trip planned so the clock was ticking. Josh says enjoy your trip, I'll sort out the inspector, lawyers, recommended insurance agents etc. Call me once you're back.
I come back and he basically did everything for me. I even asked to push the move in date a week earlier and he made that happen.
The entire experience was effortless, he went above and beyond with zero pushiness and absolute honesty.

The process went really well considering we are three hours from Brandon, Glen Tosh would first keep us updated on all new listings and then he would take us through a virtual walk through on some, this ensured we didn’t waste six hours of our day driving to and from Brandon to a property we didn’t even like.
