About Calvin
Calvin Kuchta, originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario, moved to Cape Breton, Nova Scotia at a young age when his father, an RCMP officer, was posted there. During high school, Calvin worked part-time in construction, and after graduating, he continued in the construction field in New York while awaiting approval for his military application. He brings a unique perspective to real estate, having transitioned from a military career to pursue his passion for property investment and helping others achieve their real estate goals. After joining the military in 2018 and serving in Shilo, MB, Calvin made the decision to release in 2024 and focus on his passion for real estate. With firsthand experience in buying, selling, and investing, he understands the financial significance of real estate decisions and is committed to guiding his clients through the process with confidence and clarity.
Having worked closely with military members, Calvin is dedicated to supporting those navigating military relocations and ensuring they are fully informed about the benefits available to them through BGRS.
